Images displayed with error 404 question mark

Some or all your images are not displayed correctly on your store and a question mark is displayed instead?

This display problem is linked to the legacy image filesystem used by PrestaShop.


To resolve this:

  • From PrestaShop backoffice > Preferences > Images > Move images
  • From PrestaShop backoffice > Preferences > Products > Use legacy image filesystem = NO
  • From Store Commander's interface > Tools > Settings > Images > Use old image path = 0
